First of all, Chris asked me to be honest so I will share that we had a rocky start in that I called about the vehicle I was interested in twice with promises of return calls that never happened (after approx. 10 days). On my third call I spoke with Chris and explained my frustration about the previous calls and not seemingly receiving the attention one might if you were present at the dealership and that's where that ended. He listened to my concerns, was sympathetic and apologetic and from that point on we were able to focus on details about the vehicle and a possible deal. Not only did I no longer feel somewhat less than an in-person customer from that point but it turned into the best dealership experience I've had to date. Chris and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. They even made an unsolicited offer to deliver the vehicle to me in Columbus which blew me away. After agreeing on a deal we were able to get the paperwork and financing taken care of over the next couple days and I had the vehicle before the weekend. They even stopped to wash it before getting to my house because it got dirty on the way here. The car is beautiful, in great shape. I found Chris to be very honest and straightforward concerning all the things we discussed and he made a constant effort to go above and beyond. If I was local I'd certainly go there for service and if possible in the future I will look to them again for any vehicle purchases.

I have been taking several high end foreign cars to this dealer for service for 8 years. I have always been very satisfied with preliminary feedback and results. So much so that I just bought a pre-owned SAAB convertible from Rob. Rob, Maria and Tony have been wonderful to work with all these years.

Great cars and deals-qualified friendly sales reps
Iannelli Autocars is a unique dealership. They handle only the best high end used cars. They try and match the right car with the right person. They will do everything possible to get you the car you want. All of their cars look great. Many like new. This was the case for my recent purchase, a 2003 E-Class Mercedes with 73,000 miles. It is beautiful, not a mark on it. My friends believe it is new. My sales rep, Rob was fantastic! so we're Marie and Tony. I have friends who have also purchased cars at Iannelli Autocars and they had similar experiences. I would highly recommend this dealership. I have had cars serviced with them for about 10 years. This was the first car I have purchased from them. It won't be my last!

Well run business
Took my 2005 BMW to AutoCars because I wanted maintenance done by a garage that specialized in BMW maintenance but without the overhead of a dealer. Am happy with the quality of work and the cost. Also, purchased a used 2009 BMW from AutoCars based on my experience with them and again am happy with the car and the service they provide.

Great Experience
Chris was my salesperson for my 2010 Acura TL w/technology package. He was a pleasure to work with and the dealership seemed to cater to very clean, upscale vehicles. Luigi the dog was my 7 year old's favorite part of the process. Overall, just a good feeling from a car dealer. Throughout the process of buying my car over the last couple of months, this place just showed me the best environment.

AWESOME!
I went to Iannelli's because they had a Lincoln MKZ that I had to have. I went there and it was moderately busy, so I figured this place had to be good. I told Chris the car salesman, that I wanted to test drive the car and that I was very interested in it. He slapped the plates on the car, threw me the keys and gave me a circle that included a city and highway driving experience. I came back and he asked me how I liked it. We began talking about the car (and about some collectable cars) and he didn't try to presure or "force" me to buy the car. I put a deposit down on the car and told him I would be back with the rest of the money. Wow so easy! So when I come back he told me the door handle had a small crack. He got in his car, went down to the local parts store and bought a new handle and put it on my car. That is how it should be. The car was detailed inside and out. IF I EVER NEED ANOTHER CAR I WILL BE BACK. Thanks Chris and the Iannelli family.

Quick turnaround time and excellent service!

Shoddy repair
Very dissapointed in the service here. Did not even put everything back together right, yet I had to pay for it. Wasn't customer appreciation day for sure! Won't return or even recommend to an enemy.

Sorry to hear about this experience. This is not the iannelli way to conduct business. I do understand at times things are not always 100% but I would like the opportunity to make this right. I have no issue reimbursing any charges that you feel were not justified. I would also like to have a better understanding of what happened so I may address the issue here internally.
