They never got back to me about my inquiry.

They never got back to me about my inquiry. And when I called the recording said when they were open and when they were not. So I made plans to go there and called on my way there and found out they weren't open like they said they would be on their message.

SCAM ALERT – AVOID THIS PLACE!

SCAM ALERT – AVOID THIS PLACE! My father purchased a car from this auction on February 3, 2025, and it was a complete scam. The car they advertised was NOT the car he received. They required a $700 deposit and made him pay the full amount before even seeing the vehicle. After taking his money, they claimed they were closing and refused to show him the car until Monday. When he finally saw the vehicle, it was nothing like the one advertised—it had been in multiple accidents, was poorly repaired, and doesn’t even drive. In fact, it’s still sitting on their lot because it won’t run! On top of that, we found bank statements and checks from the previous owner inside the car, proving their complete lack of professionalism. When he asked for another car, they refused and basically left him with a lemon. To make things even worse, this business is clearly using fake bot accounts to flood their page with fake positive reviews. Don’t be fooled by their fake ratings—this place is a scam. 🚨 STAY FAR AWAY! 🚨

Caution: Stay away from this First Marshall auto auction

Caution: Stay away from this First Marshall auto auction place. They temporarily disable the check engine light and dump it on you and end up with spending thousands of dollars for repairs. Completely dishonest people. On top of the bidding price they charge you another 600 dollars. You need to wait for more than a month for title, with temporary permit you can only drive the drive, you can't register or resell. They don't respond to the phone calls either. Don't know the reason why the Harvey city is allowing them to do the business in Harvey.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO!

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO!!! They make you pay a deposit of $800 that they tell you afterwards is non refundable, WITHOUT ever test driving or seeing the mileage. Once you get to the counter they only allow You (not your mechanic or spouse) to come in. (Which is sneaky) and they hire black security to intimidate you. Here’s how they scam you: you think you’re paying $2500 for your car which is ALL they tell you, once you give them the $800 deposit, they say you pay the rest at the end of the Auction. But when you get to the counter they add on 50 fees that they make up which brings your total to $3717. Once you realize that you don’t want to pay that much extra because it doesn’t add up, they tell you that your $800 deposit is non-refundable! And then they tell you that you have 48 hours to pay the full amount or they will sell your car! And keep your $800! SCAM! There needs to be a lawsuit against the owner! Most people come there with little to no money looking for a car and they hike up the price to where they know you can’t afford it and Cha-Ching! Now they have your deposit/money for Free! I wish I could find a lawyer because they need to be shutdown!
