I've been using Rick Case Mazda for almost 3 years, and I noticed a few months ago that they had new service department staff. I have to say that this group is the best I've ever had in my 20+ years of driving. The advisor Tim was GREAT and I recommend him to anybody. He was kind and constantly smiled. He showed me a few things my car needed by bringing me out to it, so I actually saw what was happening. Nobody has ever done that for me before. Thanks!!!

First bought a certified Mazda CX-5. Servicing was done throughout the period by same dealership.
