Dale was extremely helpful from first contact until the deal was done. He answered all our questions and allowed us to drive as many vehicles as often as needed. The experience was low pressure. We were not hounded by our salesman. He allowed us to research the car and make our decision.

We came in not knowing exactly what brand or model vehicle we were looking for. As a result we made several different visits and drove several different brands and models to find the right vehicle. I especially appreciated the no pressure experience we had with both Bill Buckley and Carlos Tinoco on the day that Bill was not in.

I had been watching this particular vehicle for a couple of months and when the price was right, I contacted Hertz. Dale Oe responded with all the information I requested. When I showed up to the dealer, he had the car parked right outside the office, ready for my family and I. My wife was also curious about an SUV, so while we were driving the Impala, Dale had the SUV brought up and ready for us when we got back. This was a great experience, with no pressure and a lot of laughs. From the time we showed up, to the time we left with the car, about 2.5 hours had past. I would highly recommend Hertz, especially Dale Oe, when looking for a used car, truck or SUV. Excellent customer service!!!
