Hertz Car Sales - Idaho Falls

Bill helped me and was amazing! I wanted to pay cash and when all the other dealerships tried to talk me in to financing hertz didn’t! They were awesome efficient and fast! Left with a car I loved in no time! Definitely would recommend them and bill specifically over anywhere else in town!

I began working with Johnny Cook via email months before I purchased a vehicle. I let Johnny know what I was looking for, and he continued supplying information regarding options. When I was ready to purchase a vehicle, Johnny had several vehicles ready for me to drive and inspect. The process was smooth and painless. As I waited for paperwork, I was given refreshment and engaged in conversation with Johnny. I felt as if I was surrounded by people that wanted to help me get into the vehicle I needed.

I wasn't planning on buying a car but they gave me a fair amount for my car and I couldn't resist. Dale was great and made the process painless. That's the 3rd.car I've bought from them and would buy a 4th car from them.

Working with Bill to find the right car for us was a pleasure. Bill was very knowledgeable about the various vehicles that we were interested in. He did not try to influence, or steer us toward a certain make or model, but instead suggested comparisons to make between the different cars. This allowed us to make up our own mind based on the aspects that were important to us.

Dale was so awesome and helped us find our family car. I am very picky and I had a list and criteria of what I wanted in a van. We were able to find our van with Dale’s help. The costumer service was great throughout the whole process. Plus, he wasn’t pushy. We actually were on our way to Ron sayers dealership when we decided on the way to just stop by and look at these vans. We were greeted immediately and was helped. I love their costumer service. I can't even begin to express my gratitude for the amazing experience I had buying my new car! After a near fatal car accident, I have scared to drive or be in a vehicle, so I knew safety was number one on my list. My salesman, Bill Buckley, was so understanding and patient with me throughout the process...even with my list of "must haves" that I presented him with. Bill helped guide me through the pros and cons on different vehicles and how they could or would fit with what I wanted my end result to be. When my choice was finally narrowed down, my dream car was only missing one thing! A sunroof! Bill wasted no time checking company wide inventory and found me EXACTLY what I had dreamed of! My new car was driven in from out of state the next day with no questions asked! The care and concern Bill put into every step of this process was above and beyond! I will forever be grateful! I cried happy tears as I waved to Bill and drove from the lot!

Jayce at Hertz in Idaho Falls was the most laid back yet helpful salesman I've dealt with. Was not pushy like the stereotypical salesman at all.
