2023 Mach 1

I recently purchased a 2023 Mach 1 from Northgate Ford, and I could not be happier with the experience. My salesperson was Ed Woodyard and had the car ready to go before I arrived. I was in and out in about 1 hour which to was great in my opinion. I would definitely purchase another car from Northgate Ford if I was in the market.

You CANNOT call and talk to someone in their service

You CANNOT call and talk to someone in their service department - ALWAYS get a message "caller volume is heavy" Please use our website. They give an option to leave a message, however they DON'T call you back! We have purchased two vehicles from them, but never again!

Purchased a new 2021 Ford Explorer in October of 2021.

Purchased a new 2021 Ford Explorer in October of 2021. I had a display on the dash, “steering assist fault service required,” and my steering wheel locked up, making the vehicle no longer drivable. It was 7 months old, 8,000 miles. Had the car towed to the dealerships service dept where I purchased the vehicle. It has been there 5 days. I keep calling to get an update, and Steve in the service department keeps dodging my calls. Tina from the service dept told me she would transfer me to Steve’s desk because he was available, only to send me to voicemail. I purchased the premium warranty plan when purchasing my vehicle. I’ve been trying to inquire about a rental car while they have my vehicle. No reply as well. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with car servicing.

Excellent experience

Since I am not a fan of purchasing cars and the haggle at dealerships, I was extremely thrilled with Northgate Ford and Andre. I found the used truck online. I took it on a test drive. I am a one and done in negotiating. I told them that upfront. Andre took my offer. There was no counter, no extra person coming in to help close. I presented a reasonable offer. It was agreed upon in the first trip. AND DONE! The purchase was completed in 2hours including everything. After looking for a vehicle for 4 months (because the current market is not good) I was thrilled. Thank you!

not to be trusted

I bought a used car, signed an as-is paper. Well, big mistake on my part. I was told a rotor was replaced, it was not. The brake pads and rotors had to be replaced. The check engine light has been on since I took it home. Three repair shops put the code reader on it and different trouble codes show up. One sensor was replaced. The door needs to be re-hung or ?? as it shuts but is not plumb. There is an electrical problem as the mirrors and driver seat operate by themselves. I feel like the dealership knew these things. Even the guy that had to refresh the headlights said the brakes needed to be replaced, but all they did was remove the brake shield and send me on my way. When I called, all I got told was, bring it back and we will put you in something else. Like I am supposed to trust you now. I spent all of the money I had on this vehicle and I wondered why they were so pushy about the as-is paperwork. Now I know,.....

I want to thank Kim Rebholz for her fast and friendly service for one of our trucks repair this week. We took the truck in and got a quote and the final repair bill was less than the quote and was ready the next day! We are very happy with the service.

Never have your car serviced here

Never have your car serviced here. Terrible communication and customer service. Went in for a recall, and end up needing a new valve cover. NBD, other than they did not tell me a timeframe for completion and told me (after I called 15 times for an update) I needed to spend another $140 on a part that was not in stock.
