This group is a hidden gem. Miro provided detailed informatioin regarding the Mercedes I was interested in purchasing and ultimately helped me with transport (I am out of state). Purchasing a car "sight unseen" can be a little nerve wracking, but I felt confident that the car was as described because of the addtional pix and information provided to me by Miro. I was extremely pleased when it arrived. Wonderful car; wonderful experience.

Never in my many years of auto purchasing experiences have I come across a company, product and people remotely this extraordinary. So far from typical of what one would routinely expect in a car dealership purchase and sales encounter. The integrity and excellence of Miroslav and Evo were a refreshing and pleasant surprise. Their approach and their inventory both were topnotch. This uncharacteristic superiority, far surpassing the majority of their competitors' sub-par standards. Bespoke certainly sets the bar pretty high. We were met with courteous and knowledgeable professionals. The entire purchasing process was a forthright and pleasant experience. Seamless and smooth. It was an unexpected and welcomed pleasure. The automobile was VERY reasonably priced and matched it's advertised quality and condition. Additionally, it was finely detailed and pristine. They run a respectable and ethical business providing exemplary service, for which I am grateful. This is an extremely rare find in a dealership. So rare that it prompted this detailed review I write with pleasure. They run their business with integrity. They provide a smooth sales transaction from the initial inquiry until you are driving off the lot. I've already happily recommended them to three people. Recently purchased a 2014 Audi A4 S-Line from Bespoke Auto and had a wonderful experience throughout! I had some financing difficulties and Miroslav was more than understanding and willing to work with me to find the best deal. Had some aftercare done at the shop by Miroslav and Evo and they were extremely warm and welcoming! No issues. No complaints. Will be returning in the future and will be recommending to my friends and family for their new car purchase experiences!

Purchased a used Mercedes C 300, and after three weeks realized the car would not pass inspection due to emissions problem. I drove the vehicle once, and the engine light came on. The repair would cost $2000, so I reached out to the dealership and they refused to help me in any way stating that I should have had it inspected within seven days. Well guess what, I was away on vacation and couldn’t get the vehicle inspected in the first week. So now I’m stuck with the repair fee. Bespoke only offered to get me wholesale pricing for the parts. Gee thanks. Bespoke.

"God" sitting with his puddle on the lap and rule the world YES he is dealer of use cars. Level of ignorance and arrogance this place possess is amazing, go and check for yourself. The guy sitting on chair with puddle in his lap and looking at you like some lower level of human being its funny what can you discover and what type of people existing ... Most likely demand for use car is up so he misunderstand his position and act like dictator not a dealer that try to sell use cars.. His use car is worth fortune but for your he will give you almost nothing... So happy to visit that place...
