Clear expectations up front.

Clear expectations up front. Communicated throughout. Walked through vehicle repair outside with the vehicle during pickup. Much appreciated for a non-auto technical person.

Scheduling experience wasn't the best but service itself

Scheduling experience wasn't the best but service itself was fine, no issues there. Took the whole day instead of the few hours that the scheduling staff thought.

Took my Jeep Renegade in on a Saturday (with appointment)

Took my Jeep Renegade in on a Saturday (with appointment) for oil change. They got me in right on time and had the task done (including a 32 point vehicle inspection) in under 45 minutes. The folks were all very friendly and professional. I'm very happy with the outcome and the process.

I took my truck in for a low oil and another code for the

I took my truck in for a low oil and another code for the emissions and crankshaft I had three codes on there. They said it was an oil filter and an update. They did those two things. It did not fix the problem I have checked the codes when the light came on again and the same problem exist I tried to call them back to ask him what I should do if I need to bring it back so they can nobody would return my call

The best experience I have ever gotten with a car

The best experience I have ever gotten with a car dealership. It was so fast and easy and most of all not a headache. Very professional and not pushy when it came to make a deal. They worked with me very well and made it happen with my payments. Highly recommend this car dealership
