Chris Clem checked in my 228i xDrive when I was hearing a noise and experiencing a tire problem last week. I went home in a BMW 3 series loaner car and Chris ordered a new tire. Tim McNamee quickly sent a video report the next morning after changing the tire and test driving the car. The noise and handling issues were all resolved and I am really happy with the car after picking it up. The dealership is clean, has a well designed customer waiting area with high quality amenities and a great service team. I recommend this dealership for both sales and service.
