Michael Crader, service advisor, is easy to work with and very thorough and he kept me informed of the progress of the service on my vehicle. The text msg and video the technician, Andrew Shackley, sent me when he completed the work on my vehicle was very detailed. He gave me very good information on the condition of me vehicle. I couldn’t ask for a better service experience.
