Purchased a used 2015 car in May with 57037 miles. Engine blew in June with 60314. Our mechanic said the cars engine had work done it previously with error codes that weren't cleared. Per the title dealer purchased this car from Carvana, did some work to it and sold us a lemon.

they are the best to deal with, very respectable to buyers, also having a good quality vehicles,i was very welcomed ,by them and also got help for the car i was looking to buy thanks a lot will always consider this place for my car needs.

I talked to Dawn on the phone, she was very nice and helpful, my only problem with the dealership is that the car I was looking at was listed as a mechanic special, but didn’t mention anywhere that the problem with it was that it needed an engine, which would be a $2000 fix according to Dawn. It would’ve been helpful to know before spending time looking into buying the car.

Misleading
Cars are much better looking in pictures. Many of the cars look flooded, but have clean titles. Service is nice at least. Overall it’s misleading.

Pleasant shopping experience, willing to negotiate, easy
Pleasant shopping experience, willing to negotiate, easy hassle free paperwork. I read online reviews and a little hesitant about buying. But did not experience negative treatment. Would I purchase there again? Yes!! And in 3 trips I was there, saw cleaning people there twice, immaculate. Thank you gentlemen! Gerry

SHOWED NO INTEREST IN MY INQUIRY!
After checking Cars.com for the vehicle I was searching I found a potential candidate at 777Auto LLC. I called the listed number twice and no answer or way to leave a message. I sent emails to them and only received a "generic" response to my inquiry the first time and the second time the reply was that the car was being serviced and is available for sale. That response was sent to me last week and now after the weekend including Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I haven't heard anything at all. If this is how they do business I feel fortunate they never emailed or called me back.

It seems the people raving about how great this place is and how wonderful the buying experience was didn't buy a car....and the ones that actually bought a car had a horrible experience. It sounds like this place should allocate more time toward washing and preparing the vehicles than trolling the reviews...but hey, it's not my business...but I won't patron it because of that.

Run away! Awful service.
My daughter bought her first car here and it should have been a wonderful experience. She paid them $9,000 cash for the car in the next day when she went to pick it up it was sitting in the back in waist high grass covered in dirt and the battery was dead. They promise to have it ready the next day so we got there towards the end of the day and the guy threw the keys at her and said your car is out back we put a new battery in it . It was still sitting in the same spot so we got it out of there and headed home. halfway there my daughter called me crying thinking that the front end was going to fall off but it turned out to be the tire pressure on the right front was at 18 lb. So much for the service check on the vehicle. have gotten no callbacks or responses after leaving multiple messages for the sales person. The one person I did talk to there and told my story to, laughed at me and said why would we wash a used car? Aside from the fact that there's a car wash next door, it's called customer service you clown, there was also Captain crunch berries cereal rolling around in the front and back on the floor when she picked it up these guys sure are a class act. NOT!
