The lease on my Silverado was coming to an end.

The lease on my Silverado was coming to an end. Alexis Herrera was an absolute pro to deal with. He did an excellent job of laying out my options. I decided to purchase my truck and was very pleased with Alexis and Carlos Rodriguez. They were very patient throughout the process, truthful and provided me with all of the information I needed to make my decision. I love my truck and thought Alexis Herrera & Carlos Rodriguez were great to work with.

They always take such great care of my car!

They always take such great care of my car!! Sergio was my advisor and he coordinated with Eddie in Parts to get what my car needed. Gerry the technician fixed my car and it runs perfectly! Chris, Ron, and Melissa run an awesome department from the advisors to the technicians. Everyone should bring their cars and trucks to Jessup Auto Plaza’s Service Department. Took my Suburban in for basic service but the next day

Took my Suburban in for basic service but the next day after getting it back I found transmission fluid pooled up underneath the vehicle. Leo my service advisor was very apologetic and immediately sent for a tow truck to bring it back to the dealership. He then arranged for a rental car. Soon after that, it was determined the technician overfilled the transmission fluid. They fixed it and I was on my way. Sometimes in business problems are gonna happen, but it’s what you do about the problem that counts.
