We were checking on a nail in a tire and through the

We were checking on a nail in a tire and through the diligence of the service department we found that our tires sorely needed replacement. They were in bad condition. Afterwards we left for our home in Oregon with confidence on new tires. Thanks Jessup for taking care of us and our safety.

My entire experience with Jessup Service was positive.

My entire experience with Jessup Service was positive. It was super easy to make an appointment through the Cadillac app. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and checked in. I really liked that right after I checked in I got a text from Sergio that I could use to communicate with him throughout the time my car was in for service. Sergio was very communicative and helpful. My car ended up needing a new tire so I had to return a day later to get the tire mounted and when I did return Sergio made sure the car went right back to have the tire installed while I waited. It was a great service experience overall.
