Daniel is a good man.

Daniel is a good man. He took care of me. The automated text message system needs some help (not his fault) as "Daniel" severed innie kept texting me asking me about purchasing the truck I already purchased. 5 stars for Daniel. 1 star for the automated SMS system.

Leo in service took the car in and that process was good,

Leo in service took the car in and that process was good, took over 24 hours to hear back from him even though i tested the number he gave me. Once i heard back from him, communication was very good and he kept me informed every step of the way.

front desk team was great.

front desk team was great. I'm always having issues with the work being done on my truck. been a loyal customer for years, and I keep coming back for disappointment. this time around I found that I have a missing bolt that holds the cap to the rim that cover the lug nuts. the second cover was put on incorrectly leaving a gap in between the cap and the rim. now I will have to go back and have it fix.
