I made an appointment, and when I arrived 15 minutes
I made an appointment, and when I arrived 15 minutes early, I was promptly met by 2 super courteous individuals with an impressive sense of urgency to help me understand all that was to be done on my 2019 Silverado LD. I felt flattered when several different individuals offered to give me resale information about "my ride". I am not interested, but their approach was just perfect for any future thoughts I may have. A great experience from start to finish. I am forgetful of the Service Agent's name through no fault of his own. He was 100% effective.

I have been coming to Jessup for regular maintenance and
I have been coming to Jessup for regular maintenance and always receive nice service but this visit was exceptional. I had to tow my Yukon to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. and immediately David was outside helping us get the car parked and getting a diagnostic. He assured me what ever the problem was they would fix it. He checked my manufacturer warranty and told me the warranty was still in effect. He also looked up my pre paid service and told me I still had an oil change. He said he would reach out to me that Monday to tell me what was wrong. Monday came and David called me to tell me my car needed a new engine, that the warranty covered it, they had already ordered the parts and that it would take about a week for the parts to come and a few days to put it all in. When I asked for a rental without hesitation David got me an uber to Hertz and Hertz took good care of me. David was quick to respond via text or phone call during the process. And as promised my car was ready in short of two weeks. The entire process was smooth and I’m so glad David was my supervisor through it all. He really gave me the most excellent service I’ve had thus far. Friendly, understanding and informative, I will be requesting him every time I come to Jessup.
