Positive experience, with the exception that the wi-fi
Positive experience, with the exception that the wi-fi system went down, not allowing transportation contact with Lyft / Uber. Had to do it myself. Daniel worked very hard to handle my case.

This was my first time getting my vehicle serviced, and I was disappointed with the customer service I received. Maybe there was a shortage of staff, but I was never acknowledged, meaning “we’ll be right with or “hello” or directing me to the right area. My request to check my air filter was ignored by the technician. My vehicle wasn’t washed, and a personal item was moved even though it wasn’t in the way of servicing my vehicle. After writing a bad review, the service manager sent a mobile technician to check my air filters. My cabin air filter was filthier than the main one. The technician replaced them both. I didn’t realize my clogged air filter was affecting my vehicle’s AC flow. I just wish my request to check the air filter would have been done without question! I felt like I had to convince everyone that my air filters needed to be checked.
