Bought a used car from Jessup and when I picked it up, it wasn’t cleaned. There was an undisclosed crack in the windshield. When I raised this with the dealer they acted surprised, like they didn’t see a two inch crack. When I asked how it could be remedied, they said I could bring it back on Monday (it was a Saturday), but I don’t live anywhere near the dealership and decided to deal with it myself. I just found the whole interaction a bit shady.

Patrick went completely out of his way to help me with a battery issue warranty and between he and his manager they did total justice for me at a time when I needed some help.

Jessup got me an appointment wishing 3 days of my initial call. The part the truck needed was ordered and received the next day. My truck was in the shop all day Wednesday, but Jessup provided an uber for me to get to and from my office. The next day my truck was only in the shop for 1.5 hours. So I set up my laptop and worked at the convenient courtesy counter. I could not have asked for a more efficient process. And now my running board motor hums like a champ instead of grinding obnoxiously.
