I appreciated Darby’s respectful communication with me às I looked at used cars. He provided just the right amount of salmanship, answered my questions honestly, and was great about getting back to me quickly. He was never too pushy. Darby was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend anyone to seek him out when visiting this dealership.

In Dec 2014 we were in the market for a new car. We did our research and decided on purchasing a Subaru. After visiting a Subaru dealership near us we were having second thoughts, the experience was just distasteful. So my husband reached out to the Subaru Superstore of Chandler and had a completely different experience. The salesman was friendly, courteous, straight forward and responsive. We drove the distance from North Central Phoenix to Chandler and purchased our first Subaru a Forester. In Dec of 2019 it was time to purchase another new car it was a no brainer we went back to the Subaru Superstore of Chandler and purchased the Ascent. We are now a two Subaru family and couldn't be happier with our vehicles and the service we've received. I attended the New Owner Orientation last night and Daniel Strebler did a fantastic job of walking me through the features and providing tips. Thank you to Dan Clark, Danielle Landis, Joseph Nieves and Daniel Strebler for making our experience wonderful.

My wife and I had been looking for a Crosstrek when we drove to Chandler after having a poor experience at another dealership. Charlie greeted us and pulled up all of the available cars we were interested in (2018-2019). In the end we went with one we had not considered after they were willing to meet us on pricing and payment options. After the purchase the service staff then sat my wife and I in the car and covered all of the safety features as well as the rest of the key features. Thank you for all of the help!

MY WIFE AND I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP JUST TO LOOK AND TEST DRIVE A DEALER CERTIFIED USED 2018 SUBARU OUTBACK, AND LOVED THE VEHICLE AND THE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE. WE WENT TO LUNCH AND DISCUSSED TRADING OUR 2013 CHEVY MALIBU, AND RETURNED THAT SAME DAY TO PURCHASE THE 2018 SUBARU OUTBACK. I CAN TRULY SAY THIS WAS THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE MY WIFE AND I HAVE HAD IN 35 YEARS, AND WOULD RECOMMEND SUBARU SUPERSTORE AT 1050 SOUTH GILBERT ROAD IN CHANDLER, ARIZONA TO EVERYONE I KNOW. WE LOVE OUR NEW SUBARU!

Tom understood what I wanted/needed. He answered my questions and treated me with respect. He was available to answer my questions promptly. Tom is friendly and human so he was easy to relate to and speak with.

I was a first time car buyer when I went to look at a used Jeep. Darby was awesome helping me from the test drive to getting the financing figured out. They went above and beyond to get me a low interest rate and made me feel like a person and not just another sale like every other dealership I had been to so far. I would definitely go back to them for another vehicle in the future.

I came up on the end of my lease and wasn’t sure whether to purchase my leased vehicle, lease a new one, or buy a new vehicle. Recently moved here from out of state and was nervous about dealing with a new dealership. Darby put my mind at ease witching the first ten minutes of speaking with him.
