Our Salesperson, Steve Dollman was super to work with. Easy to contact when I had questions. Listened to what we wanted and went the extra mile to get a car from another location so we could have the color we wanted. No high pressured sales tactics, and No "dance around the final out the door price". Marc Dicino in the F&I office was easy to interact with, didn't keep us waiting for hours and didn't try to strong-arm us into upgrades we were not interested in. We were in an out quickly. Camill Kaminski was very helpful explaining the accessories/option on our new car and answered all our questions. Buying a car this time was actually a pleasant experience. I had not purchased a car for many years. This dealership made the experience stress free and enjoyable. All my questions were answered in an easy to understand manner. The test drive started with a basic orientation to the numerous controls and safety features, which was mind-blowing compared to what I had been driving for over 15 years. When it came down to selecting extended warranties and upgrades, I was very impressed at the extra protections I could obtain for a reasonable cost compared to the number of years added to the original warranties.
