My wife and I just leased a car from Subaru Superstore in Chandler, AZ. We worked with Steve Bollman and had a very good experience. Steve was very patient with and went the extra mile to explain the lease details with us. He was easy to like because he was very sincere in his dealing with us. We will certainly recommend Steve and this store to any one who is thinking about a new Subaru.

Before coming here, I had experience at at least 3 other Subaru dealerships and multiple other car dealerships for service (outside Philadelphia). Moving to AZ, this has been the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. Professional, clean, and striving for excellence. I’m always promptly assisted and ALWAYS discussed any maintenance / concerns prior to performing them so I can decide and review an estimate first. Jerry Zack has been my advisor the past 3 years and I can’t say enough about him. Great experience, respects my time with prompt service, very reasonable and accommodating, full trust brining my Subaru here and almost enjoy it too!

In this time Covid-19 the dealership made it safe for me to sign my paper work , from the finance dept to service to the technology department . Everyone was really great . Yes, it IS possible to buy a used car from a dealer that is upfront, courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. We were looking for a nice, affordable used Toyota Camry that included a Blind Spot Monitor. Pretty specific needs! :-) Luckily for us, Subaru Superstore of Chandler had just taken in trade a 2012 Camry XLE hybrid with BSM. We had to wait about a week to see it, while they inspected and detailed it. It was worth the wait...it looks like a new car and has only 65k miles, and at a great price! When we arrived at the dealership for a test drive, we expected to see the car outside and ready for us to drive. We were concerned when we didn't see the car...and then went inside and discovered it was waiting in an air conditioned area for us to look at and drive. Nice! We dealt almost exclusively with John Barravecchio, with a little help from David Griffin. Both were great! We worked mostly with John and he's a really great guy -he even offered tips for selling our 2010 Camry when we decided not to trade it in. This dealership is first class and they sell really nice used cars with no pressure and no games. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish and we highly recommend this dealership!
