Had a very nice experience with Palisades Mazda, lived in the city for many years and did not need a car. have not had many cars and this is my first used car and feel good with the pre-owned warranty they offered. Car was in like new condition and spotless, felt like i was buying a new car. My agent Ed Grayon was very helpful, very thorough providing information needed and was always available as the transaction occurred over the holidays, coming into the office and keeping in contact answering my questions on days off. Ed also handled background paperwork issues that was arising with quick remediation. The rest of the team was very professional as well.

My first dealer review. Felt unneeded to share my experience with would be buyers. I was looking for a Mazda Miata, coming off of a motorcycle phase, that ended in a broken shinbone. Saw CarGuru listed one at this dealership. Looked at reviews and made an appointment with Ed Grayon. I was skeptical, wasn't sure if Miata would fit the bill. Ed, was very pleasant to deal with on the floor, on the test drive and with closing the deal. We just purchase our new 2018 CX9 on 12/16/17...so far we LOVE IT! compared to my previous car 2015 CX5, it's like Night and Day! It drives so smooth but at the same time very POWERFUL! I've been leasing a very basic 2015 model from this dealership but was about to be 6 months early on my lease due to excessive milage. I walked in to do a routine oil change and wanted to discuss my options. Long story short Ed Grayon helped me end the contract early with no penalties & wrote me up for a brand new 2017 model ready to be picked up 3 days later. They included $2,500 worth of incentives & my monthly payments are not much more even though I got a brand new model which is almost fully loaded with every option. Walked in for an oil change, walked out with a new car, & my wallet didn't hurt at all. Hooked a loyal customer for sure.

We went to look at an SUV and Mazda had been recommended. We liked the car and the look and didn't look at other brands. Ed was very helpful and followed through on all details. The price negotiations were almost painless. When we picked up the car, Ed gave us the best and longest introduction to a new car, I have ever gotten. He was very patient.
