I had the pleasure of contacting Frank to assist my daughter in purchasing her first car and during the initial conversation I was advised that I was being put into the referral program. Well needless to say Frank was able to work through the deal of getting my daughter the car she wanted and she was very pleased, but a closed deal and a few reminders and the referral incentive was out the window. I even put a call into the sales manger and the call was never returned. Oh… Let me not forget that we were promised that the car would be detailed and gas and to our surprise, I had to come back into the dealership and wait on the car to be cleaned up and get gas. Frank has a great personality but I will not return with my other daughter for a 3rd vehicle because I am firm on what is outlined in black and white and the dealership false advertising incentives that should be granted at the close of a deal.
