This dealership added addendum to my loan application

This dealership added addendum to my loan application which they refuse to remove. I was at the dealership for 5 hours with my girlfriend so , I guess there intent was to wear this 65 year old , visually impaired disabled man down , so he would miss some things that were added to the loan. They succeeded and now I have 3000.00 of addendum’s I did not want and do not need. I recently moved from Florida were lemon laws protect Seniors but in Ohio it seems every man for himself. I plan to write my local representatives and seek to get seniors protections added to the laws in Ohio. Unfortunately until then I would tell everyone to avoid North Coast Mitsubishi, Cleveland Ohio.

Not a good experience .

Not a good experience . First a ray called me - could not answer a single question- then a frank who must have blown some coke up his nose while talking to me. Send him a text with some (3) questions. Never received an answer . Got a call from a lady with an East European accent. Told her about my experience and the reviews and complaints on the bbb site. Then she tried to end the call very quickly. Spending nearly 80k for a car and then this is not appropriate . Btw north coast auto mall is no longer in business according to bbb. Stay away. Russian trolls

I wish I had read these reviews prior to even reaching out to this dealership. I have wasted so much of my valuable time. They are all scammers, rude and unprofessional. I think they actually make up names since they get so many bad reviews. They definitely don't like to see well qualified buyers inquiring and they try to string you along as long as possible while playing games. They raise prices on cars you've already seen the price of, that have been sitting on their lots and if they can't take advantage of you with slick, sleazy sales tactics, they aren't interested in doing a deal. Do not deal with this dealership. Go somewhere with a better reputation. This is the type of place that gives auto dealerships a bad name.
