Factory Recall

I am new to Utah, having been here only 2 weeks. The service department provided friendly, professional service. Carlos Perez treated me as if I were a long time customer! This is my 4th Forester, and I would definitely purchase my 5th from Mark Miller Subaru!

Keeping us safe

Thank you for making Mark Miller Direct even better during the Covid crisis. We appreciated having a clean loaner car dropped off and our vehicle returned cleaner than when it was picked up. Integrity

The service department identified the need for a very expensive repair on my Legacy just shortly before the powertrain warranty was to expire. They won my respect.

New Subaru

Great service. Bought the car online during quarantine. It was delivered to our home, and our older Subaru was taken away as a trade-in.

Recall plus

Received an e-mail re a recall, Called for appt. and commented that the last time I had been in for service + this recall following an earlier general notice I had enquired if the parts were in for the recall and was assured they were. Then when I arrived was told they were not in. The service was needed anyway so it was not a wasted trip. She said they would notify me when the parts arrived. I am assuming the e-mail I received this time was that notice as it came directly from the dealership. However, to be safe the woman making the appointment this time put me on hold and called the service department to confirm the parts were there. Arrived for appt. checked in quickly and went to wait. Service rep came in to advise that the technician had noted my engine filter could use replacement. Cost would be part only, no labor. I agreed. Car returned in great condition, clean and ready to go quicker than I expected. Service rep made a point of cleaning door handle (inside and out), steering wheel and shift nob to minimize the chance of any contamination. Great work.
