STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! bought a car and on the first day driving back home engine light pops up!! Took it to the mechanic, turns out needs and almost 3k replace, I’ve been texting the guy and I just don’t get any response

Purchase vehicle in 2019 from Shell Motors 2011 bmw x5 . It actually took 7 months before receiving the vehicle title. I felt like I was getting scammed. A lot of communication through emails… wasn’t getting anywhere. However owner did apologize for the delay. He also stated I was entitled of receiving a $350 refund in which I never received it. Still have the original emails he had sent. When I submitted the original emails to him in regards to the refund….Owner never responded. Never returned my phone calls. The reason why I’m putting this out here buyers beware . Wouldn’t want anyone else experiencing this.

Be warned, the salesmen here at Shell Motors are very well informed on regulations with inspections and laws with warranties. I was sold a vehicle with a broken head gasket, and yet it somehow passed a safety inspection a month prior to the sale. Raheem and Benny are shady individuals. Post transaction, it took months to be able to find Benny on the phone. We are still searching for him. Please search elsewhere for business, as these people aren’t worth the risk.

Vehicle was impressive enough and priced accordingly for me to drive from KY to VA to get it. Upon arrival I was treated nice and my questions were answered thoroughly. Transaction was quick and easy. I would definitely make the drive again for the quality of vehicle and service received. So far my car is doing great! Thank you!

We had the best auto experience ever at Shell Motors in Chantilly, VA. The salesman is personable, knowledgeable, honest and knows his product. We drove 3 1/2 hours to get a great deal!

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Benny was completely no-nonsense and no-games. When issues came up, as they often do, with the pre-purchase inspection he more than met me half way to get everything resolved. The car is in great shape and just like he noted overall. I picked up the car, had it fully inspected with my local Acura dealer, and they said the car was in great shape.
