I had a great experience online shopping and I found the car I was looking for and shortly after I was online I received a call from a sales person.

Buyer Beware

Bought a used car thru Kingdom for my daughter. The purchasing experience was good until it came time for the details. After telling me there were two key fobs, on delivery only one. $300 for new one. Missing SD card required to run the nav and entire control system, which I knew but they said easy to go buy on we. Not so, $320 later I have one, then found it in the spare tire area a month later. Live out of state, Ohio, so they said I had to have temp license thru them for $110. They forgot to send me the temp tag so had to go buy one myself here..,,$18. They gave me the wrong title for the car, which I discovered when went to register the car and held me hostage by not sending the correct title until I send them all evidence of the wrong title and information back to them. During this time had to go buy another temporary tag. While working thru this from out of state, left many messages, promises I would be called back, but no urgency to correct there errors. The lady in the title depart never apologized for any mistakes even though I had someone else title. They truly behaved like this was a one time transaction to extract as much as possible from me for as little effort as possible, with no care in the world about how they behaved. Truly buyer beware. Great dealership they helped me so quick! I recommend josh (my sales man) and Eric they were a huge help because I'm super picky and they put me in a nice reliable car for a good down payment affordable monthly payments! Josh was FANTASTIC! very professional and provided top quality assistance!!! If you're heading to kingdom chevy please ask for JOSH OR ERIC THEY FREAKING ROCK!!!

Not the best experience!

Bought a used car as it is ..2012 cadillac with 32 k miles, the next day the car started to make a squeaky noise went back to the dealership a couple of days later and refused to help me...after a few more visits they finally decided to fix it...I took it to their repair shop 3 times and left it for a couple of days...guess what? The noise is still there. They kept the car for a total of 6 days in those 3 visits for nothing. Not only this..after reviewing my credit report a few weeks later I realized they created 4 hard inquiries on my credit report which was unnecessary due to the fact that my credit score is more than 800 points.....In the past ai had already had a not so pleasent experience but decided to give them another chance...not a good choice....(a few months ago my mechanic told me the two front struts on my 2015 escalade were leaking...took it to kingdom chevy since it was still covered under the new vehicle warranty.. they said it was normal..took it to shirley cadillac a few weeks later...they order the parts and replaced them right away...and they were much nicer ?

Great experience on the purchase of a used Nissan

My father in law purchased a gently used 2016 Nissan Rogue SV with low milage at a great price. The finance manager was patient and explained everything well. Thanks to Jonathan who did a great job selling the vehicle and went the extra mile to make sure we were able to obtain a second key, Michelle who called to follow up on our inquiry and Ian who contacted me almost immediately after I sent my first email. My father in law got a good interest rate on the loan as well. Thanks to all for a great experience.

Bought a Malibu

Would highly recommend coming into kingdom chevy. Erick was a great salesman. Everyone there was very helpful. Finance lady answered all my questions.

Poor service

Terrible service, they seem to be scamers they play it cool until they get you to buy a car then they switch up on you.

Great fast service!

Mike and Josh worked super fast and with great attitudes to find me exactly what I needed! I was able to find what I wanted and work with financing to get me and my used car to work on time! Thank you!
