I would like the thank Tony Hefner in the service dept for handling all the maintenance needed for my car. All the recalls, the oil change and the problem with the rotors were taken care of and in a timely manner. It was very busy but he took care of everything. I would have no problem recommending this service dept.

The service guys, no fault of their own, have been slammed by multiple recalls by Hyundai. Norm has been great, keeping me informed and when time came last week to get one done--got it done in a half day. Have bought 3 cars in past 5 years from Earnhardt Hyundai and Norm is our "go-to" when it comes to service.
