Really great experience.
When we walked in Rick was very nice and Derrick remembered talking to us on the phone. Very friendly, no pressure and very busy on a Saturday. Derrick and Ruth ( who helped with financing) were very nice. I would recommend taking the drive out there. I am the type of person to walk out if I feel pressured or ripped off so very happy with the service!

Quick and Painless
This was the first time in 16 years I had set foot in a dealership, and I was apprehensive of the whole car buying process. I shouldn't have been. Rich Sousa and Ruth Espeland made it very easy. Outstanding People, Awesome Deals!!
I bought a Lincoln MKZ from these guys last week and I can't say enough about how personable the staff was there, especially for a first time car buyer like myself. Megan was my salesperson and she went the extra mile for me to find out extra information on the car I bought. Then there was Ruth (their finance specialist) Ruth was awesome!! She got me an amazing rate for me and worked with me to get the monthly payments to where I wanted them. Can't say enough about these two!!

2013 Ford Explorer Sport
I purchased a Ford Explorer Sport. When purchasing the Explorer on one road during the test drive it seemed like there was a alignment issue so I ended up taking it to a closer Ford dealership and come to find out it was a bent strout. So I called Sneed and told them about the issue and they said it's the issue isn't written in the paperwork so they can't do anything about it.
