We purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang Convertible from Dennis Sneed Ford. Dave Campbell was very nice and responsive. Before we made the trip, we got a call from the Sales Manager who wanted to make sure we understood the background of the car we were buying. That call was appreciated. The whole buying process was quick. We were in and out of the dealership in record time. There were two things that differed from any other car buying experience I've ever had. One, they pushed the extended warranty pretty hard. I mean, we were buying a one year old car with 7,000 miles on it. I've never had a dealership push the warranty as hard as they did. We didn't buy one. We also couldn't finance through anyone other than Ford Motor Credit, which was strange. The rate was high, but we'll just refinance. The car was a good deal, so we couldn't complain too much.

My salesman, Baron, was great to work with. He is very down to earth and treated me like a friend. The dealership was very professional but still had a welcoming, small-town feel. Ruth, the financing clerk was great to work with, too! She helped me find the lowest payments possible, and I got a great rate with the Certified Pre-owned program! I will definitely be recommending and coming back to this dealer in the future!

Beginning of this year I decided to take the long drive up north to Dennis sneed to test drive a couple of their explorers I saw online as their prices are very competitive. I worked Derrick Nolker who was very informative and helpful in helping me choose the right car for me. Derrick made the buying process very easy and transparent. Thanks to him I found the car I wanted at a fantastic and having lived with the car now for a couple months I have no buyers remorse what so ever. My only complaint is that the lady in charge of financing lacked any costumer service skills and it seemed that she wanted to give us financing terms at a ridiculous rate, if it weren't for a pre approval I had from my bank. Overall I was very happy with the service received from our sales person Derrick and would buy a car from him again. However word of advice is pay attention to the history of a used car and come in with alternative financing set up as not to get screwed with exorbitant interest rates.
