2017 Ford Edge at Feeny Ford of Grayling
With my wife soon to have hip replacement surgery, we "tried out" the Escape, Edge, and Explorer models. She felt the Edge was the easiest for her to access given her aching hip joints. I returned a month later and the 2017 Edge was available and she still preferred it after again testing its ease of entry and exit from the front seat. The sales representatives were able to help in finding cost-reducing incentives to buy the car and zero percent financing for 60 months on the balance was the clincher for us.

2017 Ford F-350 Purchase at Feeny Ford
Excellent customer service and the sales staff is outstanding. They answered all of my questions and we talked like we had been friends forever. Being an X-Plan buyer, the deal was pretty cut and dried, but they were still very friendly and professional about the deal. Made me comfortable and at ease, enough that I spent more on accessories with them because of the effort that was taken to make it worth not hassling with online companies. In the end, we got the truck that I wanted and I am truly happy with the purchase.

Snotty service manager
I called and spoke to a gentleman in the service department to have a recall fixed on my car and he said they had to order the parts so I gave them my phone number to call me when the parts came in. I had to call them back a week later and ask them why they had not called me back yet. they said they tried to reach me but I did not answer so I asked them what number they had. they had written three of the seven numbers down for my phone number wrong so they were calling the wrong number. I had to schedule the repair another week out because they only have a couple of loaner cars but he assured me he would have one for me on the day of my repair if I scheduled it next week, so i did. I punched out of work on the scheduled day of my repair, went to the dealership and they didn't have a loaner car for me. The service manager Derak Ferry was visibly annoyed with my need for a loaner even after I explained to him that this is why I scheduled on this day because you told me you would have a loaner. He finally said "well, we dont have one". I asked when the repair would be complete and he said "3 oclock" I said that would be good but it has to be done at 3 because of my work schedule, Derak looked right at me and said " I just told you it would be done by 3". I had a nice young man that was going to school to be a mechanic and working at the dealership drive me back to work (in my car) and pick me up (in my car). I ended up loosing two hours pay because of the no loaner Issue and having to leave work early to drive the the young man that dropped me off back to the dealership (in my car with my gas on my work hours). All said and done it cost me about 60 bucks to get the recall fixed on my car. disappointing to me because I bought the car at that dealership.

In for oil change
I went in for an oil change on my F-150. It was done quickly, faster than going to a Belle Tire. Service manager was friendly and informative.

Great dealership!
I bought a 2013 F150 FX4 Super Crew Ecoboost from Nolan at Midland Feeny through the Grayling Feeny Dealer. The manager, Shawn, and Nolan were both extremely helpful and knowledgable about the truck. They met deadlines and made buying the truck painless. The dealership even has a free fountain pop machine. This is the second car in 4 months that we have went through Nolan on and we absolutely love the overall experience that we had both times.
