I was VERY pleased with my service experience. The staff was friendly, the service was completed within the time I expected, and the waiting area was pleasant. I appreciate the extra details like the car wash and snacks.

Proctor Subaru Service Center

This was my 3rd time getting work done on my car at the Subaru Service Center. Another awesome experience. Great customer service. Work done quickly. Love the bonus car wash too. I've recommended Subaru service center to my friends.

Excellent Dealership in Tallahassee

I have experienced nothing but superb services from Subaru dealership in Tallahassee ever since I purchased a brand new Legacy two years ago! Just two weeks ago I went in for a regular maintenance service. Mr. Tony Badia at the maintenance department greeted me with his usual pleasant and courteous manner and informed me that it might take longer than normal to complete the task that day. I noticed that the waiting room was full of clients and prepared to wait for a long time. But Tony and his staff calmly managed to take care each one of us in no time at all. I don't know how they do it, but the whole team worked so smoothly! They were amazing!!!

Excellent Service

The service team at Subaru in Tallahassee knows how to serve. From the moment, I call to request service from the time I get m car back, the team has great communication and efficiency. They staff is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and can easily condense the information for me to understand. Hands down... quality of service does not get much better. Thanks Subaru.

Proctor Subaru Service Dept

I bought my 2015 outback at Proctor's and recently went in for my first service. I was greeted immediately upon arriving and the service being performed was explained thoroughly. They finished my service very quickly & I was out in no time! Great service!

Love my Subaru Dealer and Service Department !!

While shopping in Tallahassee, we called our Proctor Subaru Service Department to see if they could change the oil on our Outback. The Manager said to come on over and had us in and out of there in a flash, all with No Appointment ! The waiting lounge is nice, clean and has healthy snacks for our Subaru sensibilities. We love these people!

Proctor Subaru Service

I took my Honda Accord by Proctor Subaru for routine maintenance requirements because it was closer to my office and convenient for me. I was worried that I would have to go across town to the actual Honda dealer but I was welcomed in and told I was able to take my car to any Proctor dealer for anything I might need. I didn't wait as I had a ride to my office but my car was ready long before I needed it back and they even washed it for me! Very professional and customer friendly. Tony was great!

Proctor Subaru service

I took my Honda CRV to Proctors Subaru for its service maintenance. What a beautiful facility and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. They even had capuccino and delicious cookies for it's customers waiting for their vehicle. The service was fast and they even detailed my car. I'll definitely be back! Thanks Proctor's Subaru?

Proctor Subaru Tallahassee

I purchased my Subaru Outback last April. I must say when i went in I was not "in the mood" to shop for a new vehicle. I owned a 2005 mini van that was paid for and i was quite content with it. Our daughter, however moved out of state and I needed something that would be great on gas mileage and reliable for upcoming trips. Everyone was great. Sales AND Management. We ended up purchasing the Outback in the showroom. By the time we completed the paperwork they already had it out and cleaned! I came back the following day and they helped me set up the blue tooth. We have had our routine maintenance/oil changes and every time we have had service, it has been an awesome experience. I recommend Proctor to everyone who asks about my Outback.
