I recently purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade from...

I recently purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade from Covert. Very nice guys and the price was pretty good (which is reflected in my review). Just disappointed in the Customer Service side of things. After about an hour of owning the vehicle on my drive home, I noticed a piece of trim flapping in the wind. I reached out to my Sales Rep and sent a picture. The next morning, I found a piece of trim on the passenger side door handle that literally falls out if its bumped too hard, so again I sent a picture and a message. Later that same day, I noticed the trim around the speakers on the back side of the passenger seat was not attached and coming away from the speaker frame so I sent another picture and a message. This morning I was told, "I sent you a videos of the interior and exterior and we did a walk around prior to you signing any documents." Are these items a huge deal, no they aren't and I will just pay to get them fixed. Its just very disappointing that I have owned the vehicle for just over 4 days and have three items that I will have to pay to have fixed already. If I had owned the vehicle for a month and some items were noticed, that would have been one thing but less than a week, come on guys. I feel this could have been handled differently and therefore I will not be returning to Covert for any future vehicle purchases. See updates in the responses. Completely lied to, not only me but screwing over a fellow Cadillac Dealership too. That says something.

Update - 1/9/2021 - Yes, parts were shipped to me and an appointment was supposed to be made to have these items fixed. This has not happened yet. I have reached out twice in the last two weeks with no response. It's been almost two months now, how difficult is it to line up an appointment and get this resolved? I will continue to leave reviews and updates until this is done. If you never had the intention of fixing this, why even say you will. UPDATE - 1/22/2021- While the parts were sent to my house, I was told an appointment would be made for me to go to my local Cadillac dealership to have them installed. I was told by Covert that my local Cadillac dealership had been notified of the situation and they would be in touch. After a few days when I hadn't heard from my local Cadillac dealership, I decided to call and ask about the appointment. They knew nothing about the situation or an appointment. So I made an appointment and notified Covert. I was told by Covert right after that, that they were going to call and let them know about payment for the work. The day before the appointment, I was double checking and asked Covert if my local dealership knew about payment and everything was lined up. I was told yes, they know the situation and to call us for payment for the work. The day of the appointment, Covert would not return calls or text messages and my local dealership received no information of who to call for payment and on top of that, it turns out Covert sent the wrong parts to my house anyway. Still now, a week later I spoke to my local dealership and Covert is refusing to pay them for the work. Unbelievable.

Chris was very thorough and consultative. He got us into the perfect car. Even better he let us test drive over night to get us fully comfortable. To top it off he brought a loaner to our house and let us sign the paperwork in our driveway so he could get the car fully prepared for us. All around amazing experience.

We traveled from Gulf coast MS to purchase a 2007 Toyota...

We traveled from Gulf coast MS to purchase a 2007 Toyota Convertible. Chris picked us up at the airport and we were impressed by his energetic demeanor. In addition the Covert Dealership was first rate in their handling of our paperwork. We drove 600 miles back to MS and the car performed without a hitch.
