AJ is a great service manager and also I like the shuttle service. Quick turn around on recall service which was planned for a more hours of work.

Great service
Needed to get service on a Friday without an appointment because car was not drivable. Fields had to order parts and said my vehicle would be ready on Tuesday. Parts arrived early on Saturday and they were able to get me fixed by Saturday afternoon. Great service!

My experience was less than exceptional. When the appt was made, I specifically said I need a rental car. Since none were available I was informed that I would get a shuttle to and from the hospital where I work. I also wanted a diagnostic and then requested to be called before anything would be done as I was deciding whether or not to sell the car to CarMax depending on how much work it needed. It did need substantial work so I sold to CarMax but paid $99 for an oil change the day before giving car to CarMax (waste) as they did it before calling. I was unable to get a ride back and thus had to pay for an Uber. Once back I paid for diagnostic and oil change but then there was no transport workers to locate my car so I aimlessly went outside and searched. Once I found it I walked back inside for my key. That was my experience. They contacted me for feedback which I provided but then they vanished. No compensation as expected but not even a reply apologizing.
