Excellent Personal Service

This dealership was recommended to me by my mechanic. This is the first time that i have purchased a vehicle and walked away smiling, recharged and confident in my purchase. Kevin Miller answered all my questions, and took the time to explain to me the new functions in my car. When we went for a test drive he asked me how long I wanted to test it? Depending on my answer he had a route we could use. His attention to the details of my purchase left no stone un-turned. He was exceptional.

Gateway Subaru Professional Staff

My wife and I were car shopping and met with Kevin Miller (Salesman) who was extremely professional and took the time to explain everything in great detail. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle. He was most helpful and we decide to purchase a new Subaru Forster. Keven worked up a very reasonable price and explained all the different option available. I would recommend this dealership to others and also consider talking / dealing with Mr. Miller. He is a gentleman with a sterling character and knows how to treat his customers.

Wonderful experience

From the beginning until delivery our experience with Gateway Subaru was outstanding. Our salesman, Don, was outstanding. He took the time to go over every aspect of the car until he was sure we had a total understanding. He walked us through every department of the dealership so we would feel comfortable returning for service. Working with Gateway was a completely pain free and pressure less purchasing experience.

A fantastic experience!!

I started my car shopping at a couple other places locally and none of them compare to the service I received at Gateway! Kevin gave me the option of seeing which car I would be approved for (credit check) within the crazy limitations I had, or test driving a couple of things and then seeing what I could get approved. I decided to take the first option and Wendy worked some serious magic for me!! She got me a great low payment!! Kevin took us out for a test drive and the rest was history!! I could not have asked for better service! Kevin was attentive and not pushy, he laid out all of my options and made it happen! And Wendy did some great work getting the loan approved and getting me a great payment! I would recommend this dynamic duo to anyone who is looking for a new or used car!!

A Great Dealership

Got a prompt response via phone and email. Wonderful car buying experience! Found good deal on CarGurus.com which is how I found Gateway Subaru dealership. They had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Jim, Zach, and Wendy were personable and professional. Allowed us to compare vehicles and secured our financing. No high pressure sales, very accommodating, made us feel comfortable. Would recommend them to anyone! Will consider buying a Subaru next time. Many thanks. :) A happy customer

A Positive Buying Experience

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and personable. Steve Wergin particularly so... I was given a fair price (via the internet) and the car I wanted was ready at the front door by the time I arrived.

Purchase of a 2017 Subaru Outback

From start to finish the purchase of my new 2017 Subaru Outback was effortless. I already had used Gateway Subaru for service on my 2003 Subaru Outback and knew that when I was ready I would be purchasing a new Outback from this dealership. Since I planned to pass along my existing Outback to a grandson, the whole buying process was easy and straightforward! Lance Culver took the time to explain all the "bells and whistles" of the 2017 model. And there are plenty! I chose the Premium Package 24 since it offered everything I wanted in my new automobile. Zach Nagler also was most helpful in assisting me with the packages I chose for added protection. Thank you all for making my purchase most enjoyable. I love my new Subaru!

Trustworthy

Straightforward in answering questions. I hate buying a automobile, but these guys have it down pat. Don Scullen, the no xx salesman, never once tried to push the sale. Easier than buying a pair of shoes. The financing department was actually a pleasant experience I'm impressed!

Quality Customer Service

This is the second vehicle we purchased from Gateway and our salesperson on both, Marvin Graham, did a great job for us. I always shop price first and they matched the best price I found. The bonus is that the service is really good. Marvin does a good job not only showing you the vehicle before the purchase but once the sale is done, he does an awesome job introducing you to your new car. Very patient and complete. Always willing to help. Very passionate about what he does. Really like the no pressure sales approach at Gateway!!
