Buyer beware
I was working with Howard on closing out a deal on a 2018 Promaster . I called and texted several times asking to put a deposit down on Friday 1/22/21 . All of my texts and phone calls were not returned until 1/25/21 . Howard then texted me on 1/25/21 and said another sales person had a customer coming in at 2:00 . He would not take a deposit . Then I received a text saying sorry for the late text but that customer had purchased the van . I really felt Neglected and lost the purchase of the van . This was after a buyers order was sent by email . If this is the way Manchester’s Motors conducts business Shame on them !

Greg, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately Howard is off on Fridays and Saturdays can be quite busy. Additionally, we generally do not accept deposits to hold vehicles as we have several other salespeople and we operate on a first come-first serve basis. Good luck on your vehicle search.

Came from Beltimote to purchase used van here, well worth it. Discovetrd lock on Driver door was defective, dealer fixed it, gave me a loaner while they did the repair

18 Camry
Sooo this is a mixed review. My process my screw mostly by Elephant! But 2 months to get my car back. xxx. Basically missing parts when car was returned and areas not painted that was in accident. Overall the repairs done were great. 1 man show Don super nice guy. Well rounded guy!

Great experience
Every person I dealt with has been very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. When I initially walked away without a purchase, they contacted me before I made it home and said they had found a lender who agreed to the amount I was looking for. So back I went and drove away in a car I had always dreamed of owning. When I found a small, but necessary fix that needed to be made, their service department gave me a loaner, and it was fixed in two days. I would not hesitate to do business with Manchester Motors again.
