I went up to Manchester Motors to find a car. The inventory is on the smaller side but all of the cars there were in great condition. Donnie the salesman I talked to was fantastic. He knew a great deal about the cars I was looking at and for that matter all of the salesman talked to us and made us feel welcome. Donnie was very upfront about any fees or issues with the car and even ran the vin number while I was sitting there to check for any recalls on the car I was buying. I got the car home and noticed that something wrong with the headlight and they immediatly scheduled me for a service appointment and everything was covered under waranty. Donnie even came by the service center to make sure we were being taken care of. The service people were fantastic also, Perry(the head of the service center) was fantastic and all of the mechanics there seemed to know what they were doing. If you are looking for a great car from a dealership that actually cares, SHOP HERE!!

Corey, Gerald and Daryl are a great team! They helped me purchase the right vehicle for my needs, and I will definitely return in the future when I need to replace my "new" Chevy Equinox. They create a casual, friendly environment where I felt at ease, and happy with my decision.

Shopping for a vehicle in the middle of a pandemic definitely presents some challenges. I engaged Charles of Manchester motors after locating a hard to find truck on Cars.com. He was extremely professional, responded quickly, and never used any annoying pushy or aggressive sales tactics. Over the course of a week I asked him various questions and eventually decided to drive up there to take a look at the vehicle. I had expressed my COVID19 concerns to Charles he was very receptive and accommodating; he simply scanned my license which I had set down and tossed me the keys. When it came time to purchase the vehicle two days later without hesitation he delivered it free of charge about 30 miles away. All of the necessary paperwork was ready to go, he set it down on the steps of my house and waited about 30 feet away while I signed and wrote a check. I was frankly impressed by the overall quick follow up, his attentive yet relaxed demeanor, and the lack of aggressive or incredibly annoying phone calls. As far as the vehicle, I feel that I got a great deal on a clean, sound truck. Many of the current used trucks offered by dealers are grey market vehicle imported from Canada. This vehicle was not and Charles seemed aware of the issues surrounding the used truck market and was very forthcoming with sound advice and the relative pricing of his vehicles to current market prices. Regarding their facility. It's like a mini dealership, the interior looks clean, and they have a small service area. Small, clean and adequate would be a good description.
