I purchased a Ford F 150 from Manchester Motors and I love it. When we had a recent rain storm, I found out that the top seam of the windshield leaked badly. I called Manchester Motors and inquired about how they could help me. They had the windshield replaced and the problem is solved. They stand behind their sales.

I sought a used car, and I totally forgot I contacted this dealership. Darrell contacted me and I let him know about my credentials. He checked everything and called me back to let me know they will work with me, and not only did I get a great car, but I got a good deal for it, and a great car loan with a low interest rate. There was a minor issue with the car that the dealer was not able to repair, and I had to pay a good amount of money. I tried to get help but there was nothing they could do. But, I won't judge the entire experience based on one situation. I will definitely go back to them, should I want to purchase a new car, AND I always refer people. This is a great company. I truly feel fortunate to find it.

Fair deal on the vehicle and the salesman was fine although it was annoying having to hear about all of the interest he had in the vehicle after we had looked at it. Since we were the only people at the dealership late on Saturday, they are closed on Sunday, and we returned Monday morning, this lie was rather insulting. They didn't bother to clean the vehicle even though it had been sitting outside on the grass. The Finance person was not helpful. He displayed a total lack of financial transparency and his main focus was pushing us to purchase their warranty. He made us feel as though we were inconveniencing him by asking questions and trying to get a reasonable deal. We were able to use the tags from our trade in vehicle and were told by the salesman that this would decrease the title and tag charge, but they charged full price anyway. The finance person was continually putting charges into the loan even after we told him to stop. Very pushy. The vehicle is fine, the salespeople are ok, but I would recommend getting financing elsewhere.

Very honest and straightforward dealer from the sales staff to the service department. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle with this dealer. we thoroughly checked the car we purchased and they were very patient and honest with all our inquiries and/or examinations.
