Loved the process, Loved the dealership!
I buy cars frequently so I don't appreciate the usual process that car dealerships put you through. Totally turned off by this and always ready to walk, I found a different story at the Luxury Auto Mall. I was surprised, They're easy to deal with, want to work with you, the pricing was fair and I wasn't stuck there all day. All in All it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend them if your in the market for a used car. The inventory was great and the staff is helpful. It's worth buying a used car here instead of going to a new car dealership or some of the other dealers up and down Florida Ave. I certainly will consider them first on my next purchase!

I have been looking for a manual Volkswagen Rabbit for a while and went yesterday to look at one on this lot. It was disgusting. The seats were incredibly stained and the car smelt awful. I decided to test drive another car on the lot that was also manual and even though he said the car was in perfect condition, the check engine light was on and the clutch was very obviously slipping. If you are looking for a dirty car that is very likely to break down on you, this is the place to go.

09 Mazda
I bought an 09 RX8 from this dealer everything I had been looking for in a car. The people were very kind very customer service oriented, I had a good buying experience with them until I started having issues with my car then everything changed. My clutch had started slipping after I had the car for 3 1/2 weeks so of course I naturally called them to try to get it looked at and what I am told by the owner is its driver error and I know its because I am a female they think they can just blame it on that but NO I have had many performance cars in my time and never had to change the clutch unless it was for track purposes. So yes I got a little hot headed. Who wouldn't after having the car not even for 30 days yet? Then I called back a few days later and spoke with Jeffery to see hey if I buy the part can you at least install it, I thought that was a pretty fair deal considering this is all happening and I hadn't even made my first payment yet, he said I will have to see. Well needless to say I NEVER was responded to. Pretty malicious just goes to show you everyone is out to make that deal and after you pay your down payment and they get their money you are chopped liver. You would think they would want to keep good rapport especially since my fiance was thinking about getting another car off their lot. I am very dissatisfied and offended that they would just try to put it on driver error even if it was a clutch would not go out that quick. To all who purchase a vehicle there my word of advice just don't be fooled they offer a very good red carpet show.

Sorry you didnt bring your fiance to the lot to purchase his car. You did mention that the whole experince was good and jovial until the car malfunctioned, so the car made u mad not the service at the Auto Mall? Did you pick up the warrant that was offered?
