Sent information request through Cars.com. Got confirmation email recieved ans processed from cars.com, but no one ever responded to my questions or inquiry. I am still searching for vehicle, but see no need to chase people down for information.

AWESOME SERVICE!! FORD XLT

I am giving this rating because.These days going to buy a used car is always a head ache. It is filled with back room deals and flaky salesmen trying to get a buck where every they can. I have been privilege to own 5 different cars, so I know a thing or two about the car buying experience. At Luxury Auto Mall things are totally different; the sales people make you feel comfortable, like you are buying from family. Jose gave my mother and I great service(and he even let my son sit in a couple of showroom cars). He didn?t push us off on three or four different people. He made sure we were taken care of personally. We even had a little error with our license, but as soon as we came back he offered to help, even when he had new customer that he was speaking with. I know I will have a lasting relationship with Luxury Auto Mall

easy to deal with, responsive to needs

Our salesman and the owner were very accommodating to our needs. We found a problem (tire) on the car the day we were to pick it up, Ron made an adjustment without a fuss. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this establishment.

they don't honor what they post

I saw a bmw on the site i contacted them about it they said it was a typo and was being removed but this was two weeks ago its still there I feel they are trying to lure people in with it.

We only post cars that are currently available and in clean retail ready condition... If a car is on the website erroneously it is rarity. We certainly do not want to waste or clients time or ours answering calls on cars we already sold, or cars that were sent to wholesale auction due to condition, however, occasionally a car may take a day or two to be pulled from our online inventory.
