Keyes Chevrolet Customer Experience

Excellent service. Keyes Chevrolet fixed the issue on my 2017 Volt. They provided me with a never been used 2022 Equinox loaner while waiting for the back-ordered part. Thanks.

Service Manager was extremely rude

I went in to have my apple car play looked at since it was not working . When they told me I needed to fix the radio receiver was told it would be 1200 to fix . I let them know I would pay the diagnostic fee and come back when I could pay for repair . I pickup my car and my screen is no longer working it?s just black . I went inside to let the service manager know this is not how my car was when I left it and now the screen was not working when prior to this backup camera and radios Bluetooth was working just fine . Manager smiled at me and said I?m not sure I just know the car needs work . Worst experience I?ve ever had at any dealer .

Worst Customer Service

"Im sorry " that's the only word that came out of Leslie García mouth, the worst customer service ever, I dropped my car yesterday because one of the seat belts fail and this is my family car SUV they took a couple of weeks to get the parts me and my wife work the all day so we have a very busy schedule so weekend is the best option for us, since this is a long weekend we made plans with our kids to go out of the city, service department call us that will take more time that they expect so the car will be ready Saturday at 4pm so we move our plans around and we decided to do the trip on Sunday and Monday but I ask them if I can pick my car on Sunday and Frank (service department) told me that won't be any problem just stop by and pick it up, but when I step in to the dealer they said sorry I don't have your key there is nothing I can do,!so our long weekend trip was cancel because the unprofessional staff of Keyes Chevrolet can not move a finger to find a solution, please avoid to get assistance from Leslie García if you need any kind of help is very inefficient person

BAIT AND SWITCH KINGS OVER HERE

This place is filled with shady people. They advertised a car online for 65K to ensure they received the great deal sticker online. So I called and asked to make sure that was the price and they said yes. When I get there they tell me the sticker is 70K and its a special price for today lololol, not realizing that is the online price. After test driving the car we sit down and the finance guys come back with an additional $2556. They said this additional pricing was for all the options the cars come with. I asked if those additions were on the car when they priced it online and they said yes. So I asked why would they price the car the way they did then online and asked if it was for people to come in and do the typical bait and switch for pricing. I stood up and just left. This place is NOT a place I would ever buy car from or do any business with. The only positive part about this place was the person that took me on the test drive. He is actually a really good person and couldn't do anything about the shenanigans that goes on at keyes of van nuys

Car repairs

I called to get an estimate of the cost of repairs and the actual cost was double the amount My appointments that 140 and at closing they told me my car would not be ready until the next day I had to get a rent a car and I had to pay for it I was very dissatisfied with the service

Alfredo Lopez the best!

Great customer service especially from Alfredo Lopez great person was very helpful and was one of the reasons I decided to do business with Keyes. He answered all my questions and meet up to the needs I wanted In a car and I’m thankful to say I am now an owner of a new 2019 Chevy Cruze thanks to his hard work, dedication, and customer service!

Beautiful showroom & great service staff

If I have the time to wait I love just sitting in your dealership and I can use the work stations or if I feel like relaxing there are at least 4 different TVs that I can sit in a comfy chair. Frank is always helpful and updates me on my car if I am waiting or if it needs a more time for a service.
