Lexus Escondido

My girlfriend and I are expecting a baby so we needed a new car that's bigger. We've always been a fan of Lexus and both drive one. We've shopped around and finally decided to close the deal with Howard at the Escondido Lexus dealership because he has gone out of his way to help us with everything that he can. Not only given is an incredible deal, but also did what he could to keep my monthly payment low. unable to fix a p0301, how can a dealership not know how to fix this? even a regular mom & pop shop can do it

And, although I paid a few thousand more for the RX 350 Sport over the standard RX 350, the generous rebate/discounts and the professionalism of Bob Averill and Phil Cabuzzi, made the whole car buying experience painless and enjoyable. Word of mouth is your best advertisement and I'll pass the word.

I bought a 2018 NX300 SUV from Escondido Lexus dealer on Feb 2, 2018. The Sales Consultant Philip Cabuzzi was the best and did an outstanding job in showing several new 2018 NX300 vehicles on the floor and outside with all the features in the vehicles. Also, he took us (me and my wife) for a test drive both in freeway and city roads so that we got a feel for driving the car. He explained clearly all the features inside the vehicle to understand and be comfortable with them. The Finance Manager Colin Jones also did an excellent job in explaining the Platinum Extended Service benefits and coverage for 8 years 75,000 miles which we also purchased. This is my second time dealing with Lexus Escondido. Great experience, great customer service and they tailored everything to what was best for me.

We purchased our first vehicle from Lexus Escondido in Sept 2016. Atilla V. and Stephen S. were the sales people that my fiance and I dealt with and they made the whole vehicle purchasing process so fun and easy. (I know, it sounds like an oxymoron) They're both very genuinely friendly and helpful people even when I continue to ask questions about the car several months later. As far as vehicle service, dealing with Matt C is another wonderful person there. He is also so friendly and willing to help and answer any service related questions and concerns I may have. Lexus Escondido is a top-notch facility with great staff in every department. If you need a vehicle, whether new or used, I would highly recommend going to Lexus Escondido first. Believe me, I have been to several San Diego area Lexus' dealers and there is nothing that compares to how Lexus of Escondido takes care of their customers.
