Very professional, and dependable. Reliable dealership! Victor was excellent. I bought a car from them and never drove it or seen it, had it shipped to me, and it was exactly what he said it was. Victor arranged all the shipping, and when there were a few items missing, ie. the owner's manual, and an Ipod cable, he sent it to me overnight IMMEDIATELY, and this was AFTER our deal was done! Real good guy. Highly recommended! A+++

Walked in saw exactly what was advertised. The sales people were super friendly and helpful. Left the details in their hands and came back to pick up the car a few days later. No sweat, super easy and I'm very happy.

Firstly, I happened to notice the stunning review from my fellow CT resident who went down there, w/some apprehension about the "reputation" of "Northeast Jersey Car Lots." He raved about his new Mercedes, and the impeccable service he got here. Said he'd return for a car for his wife. So: briefly. I completely agree. Victor, the other Victor, Barry and Norie were all terrific. Pricing and options were just right. Always gotta throw in a little luck, though. They just HAPPENED to have just the car I was looking for ...a late model, white Volvo S40. An identical car w/just a bit less milage (and far more expensive) had just slipped through my fingers. Here at TSF, everything, including the financing, warranty options and insurance transfer were seamless, transparent, and a pleasure. Their specialties are Mercedes, BWM, Lexus, Audi.

I am a "belt and suspenders" type of guy. So needless to say I was skeptical when I was looking for a used car and in Northern NJ to boot..... I did my research, found the car with most of the features I wanted in my 2008 Mercedes benz s550. I visited TSF Auto, worked with Victor. Seemed like a stand up guy. Looked at the car they had. It best matched my options/mileage and condition was excellent. Everything I asked for was addressed. I was fortunate enough to have contacted the original dealership and spoke to the service manager. The car as represented by TSF was validated by the service tech at the MB dealership. I bought the car with some negotiating on price. When my wife's car comes up for lease renewal, I am going back to TSF and find another quality car. Its worth the visit. Bill from CT.

I had never bought a car online like this before and was very nervous , Victor was our salesman and everything went very smooth, we traveled over 400 miles round trip to pick up our Lexus RX350 and we could not be happier!! There was a problem with the power windows and Victor shipped the new part right out to us at no charge and even to have it installed. Everything was just as we had discussed , no surprises! We will definitely buy from Victor again. I would highly recommend this dealership!!

After much research, I found a 2006 SL500 with the Designo package on cars.com. I sent an email to Victor, who called me right away. He emailed me the carfax, and after a straightforward negotiation, we agreed on a fair price over the phone. Since I live in Maryland, Victor encouraged me to have a 3rd party inspect the car, which I did. It all checked out and a few days later I caught a train to NJ to complete the transaction. Victor had someone pick me up from Newark and drive me to TSF. The car was clean and ready to go. The paperwork took less than 20 minutes and I was on my way.
