Excellent Customer Service

I was in the market for a specific luxury car. I have purchased three cars for my family members over the past two years and I was expecting a hectic process.There is always something that ends up ruining the buying experience. Sale individuals are always in a rush trying to sell as many cars as they can so that they can get their bonuses. But this was the opposite at Executive Auto Sales, I was treated fairly and they take pride at accommodating the buyer. I was not pressured to buy anything and when I bought the car, I was not pushed to get any of the extra warranties or add-ons that end up costing a lot. I am very happy with the purchase of my car and would/will recommend to all my friends/family that are looking for a luxury car. I had the pleasure to work with Edward and I have to say that he made the purchase as smooth as it could be! He was extremely reasonable at giving me a fair price for the car and my trade-in. It was worth every minute of that long commute from Boston for the exceptional customer service and price for the car.

Realibls vehicle

2 years later I’m writing this lol. Anyways I purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it’s been flawless. The people at executive auto sales were great especially Ed the finance manager who actually sold me the Jeep was super friendly and really helped me out as much as he could. Only reason why I gave 3 stars for service was because they didn’t fill my gas tank but other than that 5 stats for sure. Next time I need another Jeep Grand Cherokee I’ll check executive auto sales first.

No pressure

I was shopping for a new car and I was at dealerships all day long. I was exhausted from car shopping and dealing with people trying to see me a car when I told them I’m shopping. Pat did not pressure me at all and I came back the next day and bought a car.

Perfect Experience

We found a vehicle we were interested in purchasing at Executive Auto after a web search, so decided to visit the lot for a look. Less than a week later we made a purchase, and the experience from beginning to end was perfect. John showed us the car first and set us up for a road test - he was very friendly and accommodating, but not pushy at all. We thought about it and decided to buy if the price was right. We then worked with Ed, and he exceeded our expectations - it could not have been a better experience. He took care of everything, from financing and warranty to registration and inspection, in a friendly, informative and supportive way. He answered every question, and when it came to the bottom line, he even managed to offer a purchase price, including a comprehensive 6 year warranty, that was lower than I was expecting. How often does that happen at a car dealership?!? I will reccommend Executive Auto to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle, and I won't hesitate to go back myself. Ed and John managed to make car buying a pleasant experience. We got exactly what we wanted for less than we thought - what more could you ask for.

Fantastic!
