The used car experience we recieved was out if this world. John Conti is a true car guy who cares about the cars he sells. My wife and I looked at several cars on his lot and found it hard to decide on which to purchase due to the fact the were all in A1 condition. He goes thru the cars in advance which is impressive. I will by another car from them and tell all my friends.

We went into the dealership to check out the Mercedes we saw on line. We met with Ed who was so polite, professional and easy to work with. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. I would also return to buy another car from them without any hesitation. I reviewed the online site of features of a Mustang was looking for at Executive Auto Sales. I also reviewed the "reviews" from prior customers and decided to make the trip from Old Lyme, CT to meet with ED S. after talking to him on the phone. Not knowing what to expect from this dealer (everyone has preconceived opinions) I found a very pleasant reception on arrival, no pressure, honest approach to the whole process, from inspection to test drive and documents needed from an out of State buyer. I bought this car for my wife and she loves it. (heated seats)

I first test drove my car with Ron and then a few days later decided to come back in to purchase it. This was my first car purchase from a dealership. The entire process was straightforward and to the point. I was pleased at how easy and pleasant the team made the process as I was expecting it to be stressful. Ron granted my every wish and made sure everything was taken care of for me. He was very friendly and personable. They make sure their cars are solid before they sell them and would not sell junk. I would recommend him and the dealership if one is in the market for a new car.

For someone who hasn?t really car shopped before (previous cars were passed down) this was the smoothest experience. I had done my online research knowing the body of the car, the mileage I wanted, range in years and price point. Looking at my top two cars with Ron was beneficial for me because after he asked about lifestyle/how much I drive, his opinion was honest and firm. Finding out later on that Executive Auto?s prices are updated more frequently online, Ron honored the sale price that I initially found the car for. They started the paperwork process for me and allowed me to complete it the next day when I brought my deposit. They even included the purchase of license plates and the plate registration! Ed (the owner) did the final steps with me to make sure all of the paperwork was accounted for and that I was satisfied with my purchase.

Ed helped me test drive the car I wanted fast and easy! Also got me a great deal the very next day! Did not pressure me and super kind man! he made my first time buying experience smooth sailing! Drove my car out the lot the same day approved! Would totally recommend this dealership! Love my used car!
