2016 HYUNDAI TUSCON

Ivan was extremely helpful and introduced me to the finance manager and service department associates. I will definitely refer friends and family to Johnson Hyundai and Ivan.

Hyundai Accent

I bought my first brand new car from Hyundai of Cary yesterday. Brian and James made this a wonderful experience! I went in to look at Accents and there was no pressure at all to look at a more expensive model. Brian was great about getting a car to test drive very quickly as well as getting us into another car with an interior color that I liked much better. James was wonderful too. When he ran the numbers through the company I was going to get the loan with the APR was much to high so he quickly contacted a bank and got a lower APR and a lower payment. Before leaving my car was filled with gas. Brian then went over everything my car did to make sure we understood. Then he gave me a gift basket full of chocolate!!! When it comes time to buy another car I will head right back. While you wait for paperwork to be done they have drinks,snacks and wi fi. I will be back when I need another car. Thanks for making my experience stress free!!!

Frank the Sales Manager was good, so was the Finance guy (can't remember his name). As noted, offsite inventory made it difficult to see what was available (we were told we could not walk that lot), and sales had issues seeing what was available on the computer. Takes forever to bring up cars to test drive.
