Easy!!!

The whole process of purchasing my new car was so easy!! They handled every detail, not only of the purchase and financing, but also switching my registration and updating my insurance. And then topped it off with a lovely gift basket of chocolates! Who could ask for more?

Often over looked automobile

I was a die-hard Honda fan/lover over the years. I got my first Hyundai (2010 Accent) used and for over 4 years was very pleased with the car, but more so, I was pleased with the service I received at Johnson Hyundai. I bought a new Elantra GT and the sales experience was very easy going and no pressure either. So now I own a car that I love and I'll have a great place to bring it in knowing they'll do the job right and do it to my satisfaction.

Awesome Experience

Buying a car used to be an awful experience. This last experience was the exact opposite - everyone was courteous and friendly. The rest of this email will be about my sales rep - Phil Guinn - who was phenomenal. I had him bring me so many different cars to look at and he never complained, not once. He stayed late to meet our work schedules and was overwhelmingly awesome all around. Give him a pat on the back. The very last thing I would like to express is that Hyundai provides the best treats in the wait area! And I loved the exit gift of chocolate. You guys have customer service down and make this experience great.

The most professional dealership from A to Z!

It was refreshing to go to a dealership that listened to your needs. I have bought many new cars in my life, and truly this was the most professional dealership; kind, courteous and great deliverance. Ivan Elhag was my sales rep and a genuine person with truly great patience. I bought 3 cars from him in the last two months. Great prices and great product.

High Prices and Rude Staff--Avoid at all Costs!

This Hyundai dealership is one of the worst in the Triangle. The salesman I dealt with was obviously looking to make a quick buck. In addition, there selection of vehicles on the lot is very limited.
