Ponce's Auto Sales

I bought a car, and the transmission blew up a MILE from the dealer. They kept my money for a month before they gave it back. When I went to pick it up the Ower was very rude about it and made me wait an hour when they knew I was coming.

I recently had a new clutch installed on my Nissan Sentra. The price was fair and honest. Now my transmission drives perfectly and my car is fun to drive again. Ponce also installed a new alternator. I went to every auto garage in the area and out of all of them Ponce`s beat he installation price including the install service charge. They even reminded me my vehicle inspection was up and re-inspected my vehicle within minutes. Overall they where very friendly and my car is on the road running great again. Don`t waist your time looking for a mechanic for your everyday vehicle maintenance, come to Ponce`s and save yourself the money.

The dealer we worked with was very friendly, but seemed a bit distracted by other things (phone messages, etc.). It felt a bit like she was going through the motions. When the car didn't start the first time, they were very prompt in getting a mechanic out to figure out what the issue was so we could go for a drive. While the car was not what we were expecting, the service, overall, was good. Like most small shops, they can't tell you much about previous owners or what repairs they did, and the dealership is a bit less crazily hospitable than a bigger dealership (they did have a water cooler!) If you find a car you like online, I would definitely recommend them.

I recently bought a 2013 Honda Civic from Ponce's Dealer. The service was great and I am planning on going back this coming month to get another car from them for my son. I would definitely recommend this Dealer!
