This is the second car we have bought from them. Both times it has been a great experience. The cars are running great and very pleased with our purchase from Gates Hyundai.

The financing portion was impressive. Frank was detailed and thorough. Brandon was nice and not pushy. Will probably be back for our SUV or truck.

Buddy Rue worked very efficiently to find, educate, and move to close the sale. He went over the details and escorted me to the other individuals that were involved with the sales process. Paper work went smoothly and even offered Insurance through All State. Overall the purchase of the car was very pleasant!!!!

I went to a different Hyundai dealership and they tried to sell me a used car at a new car price. I wanted a new car. they said I could not buy a new one at that price. I seen an ad on the internet from gates and called them. they gave me a price on a new car and found the financing for me. they are a very credible dealership. they sold me a new car for less than the other dealership wanted for a used car.

I will start by saying that I have not always been able to say good things about Gates Hyundai, mainly due to the experiences with their service department. They are and have always been extremely friendly, but getting parts in a timely manner and diagnosis of issues with our vehicle have been less than stellar in the past. Now, for the improvements! They have definitely stepped up their game and I assume that might have some to do with their fairly new general manager, Scott Boggus. He went out of his way to help us when our car needed service at the end of the day on a Saturday, when the service department was closed. He gave us a loaner vehicle until they could get to ours on Monday. I really appreciated that, and it shows they really care about their customers! The service department did a great job getting our car fixed and back to us quickly. The detail guy did the best job I have ever seen on cleaning the car! Even the insides of the door wells were shining! Also, for the first time I noticed the fluids topped off, even the oil level! Nice is always great, but performance is what you really need in a service department. And that's what we got from Gates Hyundai! In a world of numerous car dealerships, you have to stand out in order to be successful, and that's what you did for us! Thank you very much!
