She is very knowledgeable, extremely patient, and she drives what she sells - which is impressive (this is not true for all salespeople). The dealership is very nice, and I even had a great interaction with a person at the parts counter when ordering some accessories. Great experience overall.

It was a good experience overall. Everyone is very professional and courteous. Nasser was great to deal with, extremely polite and very responsive answering my texts. My car purchase was pleasant, it is better priced than similar model/year comparing to other dealers I visited. If we decide to buy another Audi, this will be our first stop.

Audi Chantilly CPO = Buyer Beware.
Audi Chantilly CPO = Buyer Beware. Only after the sale, did I inspect the vehicle, well enough, discovering two tires in less than good condition, cabinet and engine air filters extremely dirty, where the cabin filter was dropping debris before being removed and the engine filter housing full of leaves. Additionally, the engine oil level was 1/2-quart low. The dealership agreed to replace the worse of the two tires, a 4-wheel alignment, and to address the other concerns noted, but only after I had contacted Audi. The vehicle is still certified, but the vehicle condition, as delivered, did not meet the expectations of a vehicle that met 100 + inspection points and the prestige that Audi advertises.
