I called first and was told it was covered by warranty.

I called first and was told it was covered by warranty. When I arrived they said it was not Then Amanda told me I had front end damage. I was not aware I f any damage. I told her she claimed she pulled it up, but it happened too fast to be true.. The insurance company and myself would like to see video that Amanda watched

I came across Ray Skillman NE from the GMC supplier

I came across Ray Skillman NE from the GMC supplier discount program. They had several trucks across the price spectrum, and a few that I was interested in checking out. They also had several published discounts that other dealers in the area did not offer upfront. I assume other dealers reserve that margin for their negotiation which some may enjoy but I absolutely despise. I believe I got a great deal on a great vehicle, without the hassle and frustration typically associated with the car buying process. They listened to us, didn't try to upsell or otherwise change our minds. Jordan Welsh was an awesome partner in this process, he was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I will definitely recommend him to others in the market.

Cesar Schrunder showed me several trucks. I couldn't make up my mind, he was extremely patient with me till I decided on the one that I ended up purchasing. Great team there at Ray Skillman. This makes the 7th vehicle we have purchased from the Skillman family

I am extremely disappointed with my recent service

I am extremely disappointed with my recent service experience at this dealership. I picked up my vehicle on Wednesday believing the issue had been fully repaired after paying $675 for service. Unfortunately, a faulty part was installed, and the very next day (Thursday) my car stopped in the middle of the road. This was not only incredibly stressful, but also a safety concern. When I contacted the dealership, I was told I would have to wait until the following Monday for them to even look at it again. As a result, I had to pay $145 to have my vehicle towed back to the shop and $400 for a rental car from Thursday through Tuesday ? all on top of the original repair cost. I understand that defective parts can sometimes happen. However, what is difficult to accept is having to wait several additional days for a fix after already paying for the initial repair. The financial burden and inconvenience caused by this situation were significant. I hope the dealership takes situations like this more seriously in the future and works to improve both quality control and customer service.

Beware: bait and switch!

Beware: bait and switch! We found a great deal online for a 2025… got an offer sent to us… called to confirm a test drive and to make sure the car was there… drove 90 minutes one way to get there. Immediately they say that the price we have an offer on is to low, and that they can only sell a 2016 at that price. Beware!!

I can't tell you how good I was treated in 15 words!

I can't tell you how good I was treated in 15 words! It was just unbelievable the purchasing experience, and how Ray Skillman, represented by Matt Carver took care of us even though we was in the middle of a snow emergency! I haven't purchased a new vehicle in years, but if you are going to, get in touch with the Skillman group, and Matt Carver, as well as everyone from the driver that picked us up, yes they came miles away in a snowstorm to make this deal happen, and I am a good negotiator, so the deal on this vehicle has to be mentioned to! JUST TRY SKILLMAN.

Absolutely outstanding service from Jordan Walsh on a sales stand point! He walked me through everything and was beyond friendly! I work in customer service so I can be very hard to please, but he exceeded my expectations! He even touched base with me on his day off to let me know my car was ready for pick up! Levi Stephens in finance is amazing to work with as well! He explained everything in detail and took the time to help with a few other questions also!
